Inter Detroit joins The League for Clubs

The League for Clubs is excited to announce the addition of Inter Detroit to our roster of clubs.

Founded in 2019, Inter Detroit won the Midwest Premier League Championship in 2022 and was a finalist in 2023. They have also been NISA Independent Cup finalists in 2023 and 2024. This year, Inter Detroit defeated pro side Michigan Stars in their cup run.

Inter Detroit has already staked its claim as a top notch developer of talent in the Detroit area with great youth programs, including futsal teams at all different age ranges.

“We first heard about The League for Clubs from one of our partners and we knew this was something that aligned with our goals. We started this club as just a group of friends playing and never imagined achieving what we have in a short five years, but we are eager and hungry for more,” said Edwin Jimenez, president of Inter Detroit. “The League allows us a national platform at a level that shows true professionalism between clubs and elite competition.
